Equipment: Hammer’s Big Green Bag of Holding

Several month ago, there was a one day even on RPGBloggers.net where various people statted up a piece of equipment, a faction or a character based on themselves. Unfortunately, I never got round to participating due to looming University deadlines. This should go some way to rectifying that.

Hammer’s Big Green Bag of Holding

Crafted from a mystical and near indestructible material, Hammer’s Big Green Bag of Holding is highly sought after due to it’s large capacity and the ability to protect it’s contents. However, it’s large size and strange aura do make it difficult for the owner to get around, which can result in party relations becoming strained.

Effects:
Increases the size of the owner by one step (It’s a big bag)
+1 Willpower (Determination not to let go of the bag no matter what…)
-3 Chrisma (Carrying a bulky bag around makes the owner grumpy…)

Capacity:
The bag is large enough to hold one fully grown Gnome. This is not recommended, however, and the Gnome (or any other living creature placed in the bag) will die within 1d20 hours of being placed in the bag.
10ft Poles do not fit in the bag, however, just about everything else does.

This bit of nonsense is inspired by my recent house move, when I was using my giant bag to ferry stuff between cities. Taking it on public transport does have all the effects described.

The bag is actually an Oil Worker’s bag which used to belong to my Dad when he worked off shore for BP. He used it for years and since I’ve had it it’s travelled a good few thousand miles without a single scratch or tear. It can hold just about anything (although I haven’t actually tested it’s Gnome carrying properties).
